All TNC trainings are highly interactive, dynamic, hands–on workshops that use leaders’ own real-life challenges as a platform to put timeless frameworks, the latest concepts, well as AI-based leadership tools into practice.
Training Methodology
Trainings are uniquely developed or situationally-tailored modules allowing precise solution development. All modules are based on a theory – example – performance pedagogy with plenary discussions, small group tasks, individual practice, as well as frequent video examples, and may be supported by ai tools and digital reinforcement content.
Participants develop personal implementation plans for each module to facilitate immediate and systematic rollout of new skills and behaviours. Although ideally delivered in-person, all modules can be delivered virtually.
