Since 2017, beginning with UEFAs Executive Masters for International Players (MIP), TNC has proudly contributed to developing leaders at UEFA.

UEFA’s DFLM programme is an advanced training for high-performing managers leading teams and complex, high-stakes projects. The programme is built around real, organisation-critical initiatives, ensuring leadership development is directly linked to strategic priorities, execution, and measurable impact.

Running over ten months from January 2026, the programme combines blended learning, face-to-face seminars, and close executive coaching. Participants strengthen their ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure — translating leadership ambition into practical execution in demanding environments.
