Andreas brings more than 25 years’ experience helping leading organisations achieve ambitious goals. He has held senior executive roles with full revenue responsibility, including Director of Asset Management and Leasing at Sektor EiendomsUtvikling. Previously, Andreas became the youngest partner in Mercuri International’s global network. He has led leadership and sales development initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United States and delivered strong results for leading Norwegian brands including Jotun, Visma, DNB, TINE, BDO, Storebrand, Telia, Opinion, Olympiatoppen, and Posten.

Richard has more than 25 years’ experience training and advising in sales, leadership, and strategic communication for global heavyweights including Microsoft, Accenture, IKEA, Shell, UEFA, and UNICEF, as well as 16 of Norway’s largest companies. He has contributed to several high-profile international projects and bids. Today, Richard leads leadership and sales programmes internationally, serves as a leadership development partner to multiple national Olympic committees, and regularly speaks to executive and MBA audiences.

Espen has more than 25 years of experience in sales, sales management, and operational sales, including specialist expertise in key account management across private and public sectors. He has held senior leadership roles in healthcare, HORECA, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods, and brings over 10 years of consulting experience from Mercuri International and ManagementMill. Before joining TrueNorth Consulting, Espen was Sales Director at Wittusen & Jensen, leading a sales organization of more than 50 people. He holds a Marketing degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
